Friendly staff went above and beyond even packed a breakfast for us. The location is secluded yet a short stroll from the charming center and offers breathtaking lake views.

The location is top-notch, right on the lakefront, and just a short walk into town. The onsite parking made life easy and the staff were super friendly, always keen to help out. Chilling on the verandah with that view was def my jam.

Staying at the Excelsior was a delightful experience. The spacious pool area offered a serene environment perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views of Lake Garda while sipping my morning Prosecco at breakfast. Although the restaurant service had a minor hiccup, the overall ambiance made up for it.

I booked the Budget Single Room, which came with a rather unfortunate view of the basement instead of the lake. The breakfast selection was limited, which left a bit to be desired, and the dining area didn’t feel very cozy, lacking the softer lighting that might create more ambiance. Noise from upper floors was noticeable at times, detracting from a peaceful night's sleep.
